Why It's Safe

Before we ever embarked on the technical design and build of MySafetyPlace™, we consulted with leading industry experts in the security arena.  As a result, we've built an entirely different website than you are used to.

First, we store your data separately from any and all passwords.  The data is encrypted using 256 bit, military grade encryption (AES) and stored in a separate database, in a separate location.

Second, we adopted the approach of designing the site to require additional security.  Access to your data is achieved only with your Username, Password AND a MyMasterKey™.  This key correlates to an encryption code stored on a different computer in a different location.  Once you login into MySafetyPlace™ with your username and password, you will be asked for your MyMasterKey™.  This is the key that will unencrypt your data.  From there, you can access all of the features of MySafetyPlace™ . Only you have the MyMasterKey™. 

Your data is always encrypted and stored in a secure data center.
